He clerked for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, working on many state habeas appeals, and Federal Criminal Appeals.  Since then, he has been working in Federal Civil and Criminal matters, and is also on the 18-b Appointed Criminal Defense Panel for felonies in Bronx County.   Ramon A. Pagan has represented high profile defendants in White Collar Crime matters, as well as high profile clients in matters involving negligent homicide.
