Ramón Anthony Pagán Esq.

Ramón Anthony Pagán graduated Fordham Law School in 2000, having represented the school in Trial Advocacy competitions and winning accolades for his representation of clients in unemployment matters. Since then, he clerked at the Second Circuit Staff Attorney's Office, preparing memoranda for judges on Federal Criminal Appeals and state habeas appeals.

Ramón A. Pagán has tried numerous Federal Criminal matters and State Criminal matters, including White Collar Crime cases and Narcotics cases. He is currently on the 18-b Felony panel for the Bronx, and also is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School, teaching students the fundamentals of trial advocacy. He has attended the National Criminal Defense College, and has won several appeals in both state and federal court on criminal and civil appellate matters.

Today, Ramón A. Pagán focuses his practice on Federal  and State practice, including White Collar Criminal Defense and Narcotics or Drug Criminal Defense.

Mr. Pagán is a member of the Bronx Bar Association, and the Puerto Rican Bar Association, as well as the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
