Mr. Pagan has tried hundreds of cases, large and small, including murder, narcotics, and criminal and civil RICO cases in various jurisdictions. He has won notable cases, including that of U.S. v. Carol Bayless, which drew national attention for the favorable ruling he received in a drug suppression motion. He has represented clients in both state and federal court in New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona and California. After graduating Brooklyn Law School in 1977, Ramón W. Pagán began his practice in Manhattan and has represented a wide variety of criminal defendants, including union leaders, hired hitmen, narcotics traffickers, and organized crime defendants. Ramon W. Pagan has represented hundreds of Federal Criminal Defendants, and has represented hundreds of State Criminal Defendants in the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. His experience includes matters involving criminal Forfeiture, Federal White Collar Crime, State Drug Crimes, and Assault and Murder cases. Ramon W. Pagán also represents criminal defendants in DWI or DUI matters.
