Ramón Anthony Pagán, our appellate attorney, worked for two years as a clerk at the Federal Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. While there, he wrote numerous bench memos to federal appeals judges in both criminal and civil cases. This experience has laid the groundwork for our firm's successful appellate practice.
